Job description

Work Flexibility: Remote

As a Project Manager, on the Enterprise Portfolio Team, you will focus on the strategy of high-impact, cross-functional projects that are critical to the success of our global business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership, business units, and functional teams to drive projects that enhance our operational efficiency, accelerate innovation, and support our long-term growth strategy. 

 

What you will do 

  • Lead the day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that support the company’s strategic goals, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria as well as development of the project charter and management plan with analysis of critical path and major workstreams. 
  • Lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan, clearly defining project scope, objectives, timelines, success criteria, and major workstreams to align with strategic goals; manage trade-offs and oversee critical decisions throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Direct and control all phases of project execution, including day-to-day planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with key milestones; conduct critical path analysis to maintain focus on timely project completion. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope, create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure, and secure management approval to ensure projects are fully aligned with business priorities and resources are allocated effectively. 
  • Develop and track the project Gantt chart, managing critical path dependencies and overseeing sub-project budgets to ensure cost-effective project execution within allocated budgets. 
  • Partner with project teams to create and implement Quality Plans using relevant tools and methodologies; monitor adherence to quality standards to deliver high-quality project outcomes while establishing a comprehensive Risk Management Plan
  • Manage resources and cross-functional teams, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables; provide feedback to functional managers and ensure effective coordination and alignment with project objectives. 
  • Develop and execute Stakeholder and Communication Management Plans, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and executive leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes; lead change management efforts for smooth implementation of new processes, systems, or solutions across the organization. 

 

What you need 

 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or similar field 
  • 4+ years of project management experience  
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

 

Preferred: 

  • PMP certification 
  • Experience with PowerBI 

Travel Percentage: 10%
