What You Will Do

The AXIS Regulatory Development and Support Team is dedicated to ensuring our financial systems and processes comply with government regulations and industry standards. We are commitment helps us to mitigate risks and build reputations among our partners and clients.

·       Work with stakeholders, development team, and Agile project managers to define business requirements for every scrum / project and map out end-to-end solutions.

·       Design, develop, enhance, modify, and maintain application code and software solutions based on specific business requirements.

·       Liaise with internal user groups as needed to effectively program applications based on business and systems requirements.

·       Ensure functional specifications can be implemented technically while developing and innovating creative solutions.

·       Work collaboratively with peers and business partners to deliver high quality projects and innovative solutions that advance Fidelity’s position within the Mutual Fund Industry.

 

What We’re Looking For

·       Working knowledge of OpenEdge ABL (Progress 4GL).

·       Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mathematics.

·       2+ years of related experience with software development and implementation.

·       Experience working with Relational Databases (i.e., SQL).

·       Experience working within Financial Industry is an asset.

·       Experience with RESP, RDSP, FATCA/CRS, and/or other government regulations is an asset.
