Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing internal team, fostering engagement, productivity, and continuous growth. Ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Requirement Understanding
Collaborate with the research team and Product Manager to fully understand learning needs and objectives. Build and maintain strong industry relationships to immerse in expert insights and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience Design
Oversee the design and development of engaging learning experiences tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with client goals and OTG's capabilities. Deliver effective and innovative learning experiences that drive customer satisfaction.

Project Management
Manage learning experience projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and efficient budget use. Ensure successful project outcomes and optimal resource utilization.

Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, product management, and the broader design team to ensure cohesive support for learning initiatives, fostering alignment and collaboration that drive successful project outcomes.

Training and Knowledge Transfer
Develop and deliver training content for clients and internal teams, equipping users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize OTG solutions. Empower clients and team members to maximize their capabilities with OTG solutions.

Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for enhancing learning experiences and methodologies, implementing best practices and innovative content solutions to elevate learning processes and service quality.

Documentation
Prepare detailed documentation, including project plans, reports, and client communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity to support project success and client understanding.
