Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration and Integration: Oversee and manage cloud-based SaaS applications, ensuring seamless integrations with each other and with our business logic, using APIs and Python programming.
• Automation and Integration: Create automation solutions using tools like Zapier or Make.com to optimize data flow and system dependencies.
• Data Analytics and Dashboarding: Perform data analysis and create dashboards to visualize key metrics, enabling informed strategic decision-making.
• AI and Automation Implementation: Utilize AI APIs, such as OpenAI, to enhance business logic with data-driven insights and manage automation processes to improve efficiencies across platforms.
• SaaS Administration: Benchmark and implement SaaS tools across departments, including HRIS, ATS, CRM, and communication systems, ensuring alignment with our data and automation infrastructure for seamless integration and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work with diverse teams and providers to support technical and data-driven projects, contributing to strategic initiatives.
  
  

Requirements & Key Skills:

• Education: Hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a strong technical background.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, API integrations, and data analysis, with experience in utilizing AI tools and their apis.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to address complex technical issues with attention to detail.
• SaaS and Low-Code Applications: Experience managing SaaS tools and developing solutions using no/low-code platforms.
