Who Are We Hiring?

We’re looking for a proactive sales professional to join our Inside Sales team at MSG Sports. This role focuses on driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and targeting individual consumers in the Tri-State area. Key responsibilities include selling Season Membership Plans, Group Tickets, Premium Spaces, and memberships. Our ideal candidate is adaptable, highly coachable, and driven by an aggressive pursuit of excellence, fully prepared to meet and overcome the challenges of selling in a competitive environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Drive new business revenue for MSG Sports franchises by selling season ticket memberships, group packages, lounges, premium seating, Madison Club memberships, and single event suites for all MSG events.
  • Cultivate and upsell existing client accounts to enhance their event experiences, expanding opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and sales presentation to closing, with a focus on relationship-building and consultative selling.
  • Field customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and consistently provide high-quality service to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Execute multi-channel sales campaigns and follow-up processes, utilizing Salesforce and Archtics to track interactions and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with department and inter-departmental teams.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to apply coaching insights effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and build client relationships.
  • Enthusiasm, organization, with excellent muti-tasking and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and cultivate relationships with a variety of personal and corporate clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Archtics, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving goals and responsibilities.
