This role involves working with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders to identify and qualify prospects, initiate new sales activity, and manage sales cycles to closure for complex products or services in the Corporate & Professional Services segment. Key activities include assessing client needs, providing strategic guidance, and delivering product overviews.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
- Drive the sales process from beginning to end, including identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating new sales activity, and managing sales cycles to closure.
- Develop business within assigned territories and deliver targeted client demos.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Strategy to improve product quality and develop new revenue sources.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
- Provide client-specific customer service and product overviews.
- Act as the market expert and provide product/service use cases during the sales cycle.
- Serve as the main liaison between the client service team, the client, and the implementation services organization.
- Represent the company at industry and company-sponsored events.
- Assist in the training of new team members and provide current forecasts and pipeline information to management.
- Travel required (approximately 20% to 40% of your time).
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/first-level degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in direct business-to-business sales roles, focusing on Corporate & Professional Services segments.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and customers’ business drivers.
- Ability to present high-level information and detailed product demonstrations.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with senior executives and work both independently and within a team environment.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$82,400]] - [[$170,000]], depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
