About the Role:
This is a role that has been created due to organisation development and growth and will lead and support our business in delivering exceptional value and service, focusing on innovation, integrity, and accountability.
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our IT, Security, and Governance team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and security projects, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, playing a crucial role in organising and driving day-to-day project activities.

Your Part to Play:
You will be at the forefront of the Governance Operations across the wider business, assisting the CISO, IT Director and the GRC Director along with the wider Governance Operations team in ensuring a robust Lifecycle of actions are maintained, tracked and followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Project Scope and Milestones: Assist in tracking the progress of IT, Security & Governance projects to ensure they remain within defined scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Organise and Document Project Phases: Support the structuring and maintenance of documentation throughout each project stage, from concept to closure.
- Coordinate Daily Project Activities: Help organise and manage day-to-day tasks, keeping project teams focused on objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives, expectations, and progress.
- Gather and Document Business Requirements: Collaborate with IT and Security Business Analysts to capture and document business needs and project requirements.
- Assist in Solution Analysis and Option Development: Evaluate and document solution options, working alongside stakeholders and Business Analysts to recommend best-fit solutions.
- Contribute to Project Planning: Work with the project manager to develop and review project plans, allocate resources, and break projects into achievable phases.
- Support Change Management Efforts: Assist in creating and implementing change management and communication plans, ensuring smooth transitions for IT, security, and corporate systems changes.
- Identify and Report Project Risks: Monitor potential project risks and issues, supporting the project manager in finding solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with Governance Boards and PMO: Liaise with the PMO and governance boards to ensure proper allocation of resources and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed of any changes.
- Assist with Project Financial Tracking: Support financial tracking by gathering and updating budget information, ensuring accurate oversight in collaboration with the PMO and Finance.
- Provide Regular Project Updates: Prepare and deliver status reports that track progress, spending, and risks, ensuring stakeholders remain informed.
- Maintain Project Documentation: Keep all necessary project documents organised and up-to-date, preparing materials for project reviews and governance meetings.
Due to the nature of the role and the critical relationships developed with stakeholders, you will at times be required to be on site at any of our oOffice locations throughout the UK.

Exposure to all aspects of aAdministration and record keeping
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management, preferably within IT, Security, or Governance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and suppliers is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is preferred.
- Familiarity with change management and business requirements gathering is advantageous.
