What you can expect
In this role, you will own, run, manage, and scale effective paid acquisition strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This will involve research, campaign build-out, analysis, and optimisation of our paid social channels, including LinkedIn and Meta Ads. You will captivate people's attention with attractive and concise copy, helping them understand in an instant how Workvivo can benefit their company. This will involve collaboration with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to support company goals and objectives.

What we’re looking for
2+ years of ad operations experience (LinkedIn and Meta). Experience with other channels like Reddit, YouTube and TikTok is a bonus.
Experience in B2B in-house or strong acumen working with B2B companies in an agency.
Experience driving pipeline and revenue results through paid acquisition.
Experience in developing captivating content ideas and messaging for use across performance channels.
Understand there won't always be a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you.
Have written English fluency and has experience writing ad copy (doesn’t need to be a copywriter).
Can give examples of times they’ve gone the extra mile to hit goals or targets.
Have a real interest in social media, digital marketing, tech, and startups.
