As a Junior Growth Manager for Techlab within the Operations Department, the primary purpose of this role is to support the motivation and promotion of staff members. This position is pivotal in coordinating with Talent, Hiring, PM, and AM teams to implement effective strategies for employee relationship management and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include improving process efficiencies, contributing to employee performance evaluations, and leading client negotiations. You will play an essential role in driving growth and development within the Operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals. 
Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:    
  • Develop overall growth and employee relations strategies.
  • Participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of employee performance evaluations.
  • Provide information needed for retention processes with the support of talent management and operations.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies in the Operations processes and collaborate on.

  • Take the lead on issues and policies related to the overall well-being of employees in Operations across the company.
  • Negotiating with customers for operational, and professional growth of employees.
What do we expect from you?        
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, International Relations, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations or team management is required.
  • Good level of English (B2-C2).
  • Proficient with MS, Google, BI tools.
  • Strong database skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems.
  • Project management skills
