Why you will love this opportunity as Implementation Consultant (Housing) at Civica
As Implementation Consultant you will sit within our Local Government - Social and Affordable Housing Business Unit. This is a dual-purpose role in delivering professional services and responding to customer support tickets. You will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Civica's Housing Software and become a subject matter expert in the Civica Cx Application. This role is to translate customer requirements to the Cx application, ensuring that our product supports the customers business requirements.
Working closely with our Services Delivery Manager, this role provides onsite and remote consultancy, and services to our customers. During implementation you will be documenting customer configuration requirements, configuring the application, maintaining accurate records, hosting training events and developing tailored training courses for our customers. You will be working closely with various internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, making recommendations for product enhancements, identify potential improvements and efficiencies for the software. In additional to application implementation, this role contains elements of; post go live support, testing, training and presales support.

Requirements
What you will do to be successful in this role
- Proven experience as a software implementation consultant and familiar with implementation methodologies
- Experience with implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar complex solutions is highly desirable
- We are looking for someone with consulting and/or business analysis experience working directly with customers, virtually & face to face. Part of this role will be conducting demonstrations running training session, being experienced in delivering high-impact training sessions for our clients
- Ability to manage expectations, provide prompt feedback and documentation to our Service Delivery Manager and control change in an IT projects environment
- Highly analytical, strong problem solver & attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
