What you'll do
As a Frontend Software Engineer, your role will focus on the development and enhancement of key features for our backend applications. You will be responsible for creating and refining features that are both user-centric and technologically advanced, contributing significantly to our product's overall functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain advanced features for our web applications, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and innovation.
Develop and implement feature enhancement strategies, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user engagement.
Guide junior developers in advanced front-end practices, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Collaborate closely with back-end engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of application features.
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends, continuously enhancing your skills and applying that knowledge to your work.
Requirements
Bachelorʼs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+3 years of front-end development experience, with a minimum of one year dedicated to React.
In-depth understanding of React principles, including but not limited to hooks, context, and component lifecycle.
Experience in developing applications managing complex workflows, such as ERPs.
Experience in implementing and maintaining state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility.
Experience in React testing frameworks like Jest/Vitest.
Bonus Points
Experience implementing caching strategies or asynchronous state management for high-data-load applications.
