Position: Sales Representative (Key Accounts)
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Montreal, Québec

We are looking for a new sales representative that is ready to set out on a high-paced journey with plenty of challenges.
WHAT YOU'LL DO.
It is not just about selling, you provide solutions to your customers and help them stand out from their competitors and compete boldly to please consumers. This a fast-paced environment with six (6) collections a year, where you will meeting quotas for stock sales and sell for immediate deliveries and future deliveries.
More specifically, your tasks include (but not limited to):
- Build and maintain positive relationships with accounts, communicating daily about their needs, sales, stock levels, and challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies for markets and customers.
- Curate product packages that delight consumers and meet business needs.
- Process orders and manage inventory.
- Follow up on sales and demand to ensure customers have the right products.
- Stay updated on budgets and results in your markets.
- Understand account needs in products and deliveries to offer optimal selections.
- Be proficient in reporting and budgeting, using platforms like Excel, Power BI, and internal systems.
- Assist with collections, manage the showroom, and collaborate with the Denmark team.
WHO YOU ARE.
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, positive and energetic attitude, who thrives in a sales role that requires you to work on and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time. We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great, if you bring the following to the table:
- At least 2-4 years of experience within the wholesale fashion industry.
- Knowledge of fashion: you have a strong affinity with it and follow trends closely.
- Solid understanding of numbers and business: you’re a quick learner!
- You are motivated by ambitious targets and you thrive to see results.
- Good time-management and stress-management skills.
- Fluent in English and French, written and spoken – you will be a dealing with various customers from across Canada.
- Valid driver’s license and a car.
