Job Summary

Responsibilities
1.      SR WFM ensures vital contribution in realization of production by using the right CSR (skills) at the right moment, in the right amounts, to the right costs in such a way that operations can realize and/or optimize its financial and quantitative targets. The WFM Manager is the First Point of Contact and responsible for WFM in one or more clients/accounts. The Global Workforce Managers will report into the Sr. Manager role.
2.     The Sr Mgr, will work with the Managers with managing communication lines and assure meeting structures (Planner, RTA, OPS)
3.     Sr Mgr will work with the Manager to development and continuous improvement of services delivered by WFM in favor of the Operations, in such a way that optimum quantitative results are achieved and in line with WFM statement of direction.
4.    The Sr. Mgr will work closely with the Director of the Global WFM team to ensure proper staffing, training and staffing for all Global WFM roles.  Providing additional information regarding optimizing the team set up, in such a way that timely actions can take place

 

Area of expertise (Skills)

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree: Business Information Management, Economics, Logistics, Communication or Mathematics
•    Advanced proficiency of mathematical and analytical skills
•    Advanced proficiency of communication skills and interview/meeting structures
•    Experience in applying coaching and leadership skills at management level of small teams
•    Proficiency to organize, host, plan and participate effectively in an (internal and external) meeting
•    Prior experience in the WF Manager role
