Lead with Operations to identify areas of focus to drive optimization in manufacturing and supply chain to increase profitability, customer satisfaction and create competitive advantage. (30%)

Responsible for driving revenue and profitability to improve overall P&L for the assigned product lines through NPI, product positioning, pricing strategy, product optimization, and operational effectiveness. (25%)

Develop market segment penetration strategies to drive organic growth objectives with focus on North America.  Engage and align with Sales, BD, Eng. and xBU stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategy. (20%)

Translate customer pain points and roadmaps to new products and engage with appropriate teams to drive new product development. Identify and prioritize market and customer opportunities and execute successful product launches in collaboration with Marcom/BD. (15%)

Develop product line strategies - including roadmap, market sizing, customer requirements and define sales and operational execution needed.  Deliver key objectives and metrics. (10%)
