Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
  • Partnering with internal function leads to Harmonization policies across YouGov’s business and a recently acquired business.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of policies to identify edits and revisions to serve both the employees and the companies.
  • Driving the project to deliver intelligent, thorough and compliant policies across more than a dozen operating markets.
  • Working with business and HR leaders to prepare for and conduct briefing sessions with Works Councils, Unions and employees.
  • Drafting policies based on existing resources, external and internal legal counsel, compliance standards and feedback from knowledge and jurisdiction experts.
  • Responsible for keeping a record of the policies status in the master tracker and maintain records of any changes
  • Working with the internal communications teams to ensure there is a thorough and consistent approach to rolling out the policy changes to the business including drafting communications or briefing sessions
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
  • Strong experience in HR policy harmonization across core HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partnering, HR Shared Services, L&D, Performance Management, Facilities.
  • Track record of successfully introducing new, harmonization policies into large businesses operating across many European countries.
  • Strong grasp of the processes and importance of engaging with Works Councils, Unions and Employee Representatives.
  • Fluency in English and German.
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
  • Confident ability to operate project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to draft, form and edit HR policy content and engage function experts for guidance.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
