Customer Service Advisor - Fixed Term Contract (3-6 months)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business in a fun, inclusive team. Full training will be provided so experience in this field is not essential.

We`re looking for dedicated and passionate, customer focussed colleagues to join our 24/7, 365 days a year telephone-based team with variable rota shift patterns between 7.00am and midnight.

Typical day in the life as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers for a variety of queries

  • Dealing with multiple clients to deliver the best service we can offer

  • Working with suppliers and parts

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer literature – you’ll be using a variety of in-house databases!
