  • Translate product information and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, ensuring clarity and understanding
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal tools to assist customers effectively
  • Foster a positive atmosphere in all customer and team interactions, maintaining an uplifting demeanor

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Slovak and English at a professional level

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
