Job description

As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will play a critical role in shaping our global compensation strategy to ensure we remain competitive while effectively managing resources. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align compensation with business goals and ensure the company's position as an employer of choice, driving retention and motivation for a world-class team.

Responsibilities

  • Compensation Strategy Leadership: Lead the development of a compensation framework that ensures competitive pay structures while maintaining fiscal efficiency, tailored for the fast-paced and evolving world of decentralized finance.

  • Organizational Design & Efficiency: Partner with senior management to optimize organizational structure and workforce planning. Ensure that headcount and role designs support business growth and align with our global financial objectives.

  • Retention & Motivation: Drive strategies that focus on talent retention and motivation through compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities. Ensure our approach to rewards supports a high-performing and engaged workforce.

  • Strategic Business Decision-Making: Work closely with senior leadership to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. Shape compensation strategies that align with international growth goals and business performance targets.

  • Administration & Compliance: Oversee the administration of LTIP, salary reviews, and benefits, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to international standards and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of leadership in compensation and benefits, with experience in designing and executing global strategies in fast-growing tech or fintech companies.

  • Business Acumen & Decision-Making: Proven ability to collaborate with senior management and influence key decisions, ensuring that compensation strategies are both competitive and aligned with broader business objectives.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities to assess market data, trends, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and competitive compensation decisions.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and advise on workforce structure and compensation with a strategic mindset that prioritizes both business goals and employee satisfaction.
