Key Responsibilities:
Own processes in main development team and delivery results of the team.
Work on proper team structure and resource management.
Be in charge of planning and delivering of value.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure quality control throughout project life cycles.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Address and resolve any team-related issues.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, 1 year on the position of Delivery lead with a proven track record of managing teams of 30+ people
Have an ability to have an influence on the teams without being the direct manager
Understand what affects delivery and how we can optimize it
Language - upper intermediate
Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in project management software and tools
Certifications: Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
Interest or background in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
Experience in Agile methodologies
