Responsibilities    
        
Ryan Transportation and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Senior Freight Auditor. This position is responsible for working directly with customers, carriers and brokers to answer questions, address issues and solve problems. The Senior Freight Auditor will focus on using company resources to audit freight invoices, execute billing and drive internal efficiencies. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, critically minded, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.  
  • Perform freight audit and payment on freight brokerage business accounts  
  • Use multiple software platforms to complete the auditing process and provide client solutions 
  • Find ways to use company software and technology to provide client solutions and develop internal efficiencies  
  • Communicate with carriers to get necessary paperwork in a timely fashion  
  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide status updates to inquiries 
  • Learn company operations for the brand and various internal departments   
  • Other duties as assigned  
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years of experience in administration or billing  
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment  
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills  
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills  
  • Prioritization and time management skills   
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
