We are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. This remote role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about all aspects of HR and eager to help businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Consultant, you will:

  • Support HR Operations: Provide guidance and solutions for benefits administration, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
  • Lead HR Programs: Design and implement performance management systems, talent acquisition strategies, and Total Rewards programs.
  • Drive Training & Development: Create and deliver engaging training sessions for employees and leadership.
  • Consult on Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation strategies and advise on benefits programs.
  • Provide Strategic HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, terminations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new clients, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR consulting or a broad HR Generalist/Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of HR disciplines, including payroll, benefits, compliance, talent management, and compensation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and adapt to diverse business environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Business development experience preferred.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP) are a plus.
