We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical Data Analysts of all levels. In this role, you will process and interpret data to uncover actionable insights, driving informed decision-making. You’ll work with structured data to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Whether you're at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience, you’ll play a vital role in pushing technology boundaries and delivering meaningful outcomes. 

• Collect, process, and interpret data from various sources to create meaningful insights.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to access, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
• Clean and transform data to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy for analysis.
• Use Excel for data analysis, modeling, and to support ad hoc requests.
• Apply basic machine learning techniques to uncover patterns, predict trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Active Secret or higher level security clearance or the ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
• SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data analysis.
• Experience in data cleaning and preparation to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights in a clear, accessible manner.
• Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
