We’re building a team of Data Scientists to deliver advanced AI/ML solutions for defense and national security. This is an exciting opportunity for Data Scientists at entry, mid, and senior levels to work on high-impact projects, develop and deploy innovative machine learning models, and contribute to critical decision-making initiatives.

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models tailored to defense and intelligence challenges, including NLP, predictive analytics, and image processing.
• Analyze large, complex datasets using big data and cloud-based tools to generate insights and recommendations.
• Design and implement ETL processes in collaboration with data engineers to manage real-time and batch data flows.
• Deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in cloud-based environments, ensuring models meet security and performance requirements.
• Create effective data visualizations and reporting to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project goals and technical requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Active Secret or higher level security clearance or the ability to obtain.

Programming and Development

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Background in data manipulation, model development, and deployment (experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes).

Data Engineering and Cloud Technologies

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and basic knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Awareness of big data architecture and cloud deployment concepts.

Data Analysis and Visualization

• Knowledge of  data analysis, data visualization, and data-driven storytelling.
• Experience or knowledge in machine learning, NLP, and advanced analytics.

Security and Compliance

• Basic understanding of security requirements and data governance, especially in federal environments.
• Interest in supporting military or intelligence community projects is valued, along with a willingness to learn about federal data policies and compliance.
