Are you an experienced Senior Recruiter looking to support a team of highly skilled, top-talent tech innovators by finding the right people to help the company grow?

We know that the most important aspect of any company is its people. That’s why we’re looking for the perfect person to join our People Team and drive the recruitment process from end to end.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of seasoned Altarions with expertise in a multitude of sectors that will give you all the tools you need to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Recruiter you’ll be:

  • Executing recruitment for technical roles. From devising pipeline strategies and sourcing to owning the entire candidate journey including extending offers and closing the candidate
  • Building and efficiently managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Providing and driving an extraordinary hiring experience for all candidates, regardless of whether they are successful or not
  • Partnering with the hiring manager and collaborating with the People Team to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies

 

The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or similar academic field)
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter (mandatory);
  • Experience working on a start-up;
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Our process starts with us screening your CV. Once we’ve done that you can expect:

  • A one-hour interview with our Recruitment Team, so we can get to know you better and talk about your skills and experience;
  • A final one-hour interview to make sure we’re the right fit for you, and you’re the right fit for us.

Once you’ve completed the process, we’ll contact you to let you know whether you were successful. If you’re the right fit, we’ll also give you more details on the next steps to becoming an Altarion.
