Home Care Registered Nurse

RN Private Patient Position (HOME CARE)

NurseCore is seeking an RN for a private patient case in Las Vegas, Nevada, to support an infant in their home.  Various shifts available.  Ventilator experience is preferred for this position and training will be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Assesses, plans, and implements client care as directed by facility and NurseCore standards
• Maintains competency through continuing education
• Administers and records medications given
• Carries out prescribed treatments
• Admits and discharges patients as directed
• Respect patients’ rights and maintain confidentiality
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:­

• Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Nevada
• 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
• Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Successful completion of the skills assessment
• Must be able to work at least 4 shifts a month 
• Spanish is preferred, but not required
