Job Description: 
As a Graphic Designer at Serenity Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design graphics that communicate our mission, values, and services to our audience effectively. We’re looking for someone with a passion for design, strong conceptual skills, and the ability to create visuals that resonate with our target audiences. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and design graphics for various digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and patient handouts. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that supports our brand campaigns and enhances the patient experience. 

  • Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and reflect our brand’s tone, style, and voice. 

  • Create graphics for paid and organic social media, incorporating engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. 

  • Design educational infographics, patient resources, and other materials that are easy to understand and visually appealing. 

  • Maintain consistency in design elements across all touchpoints, from web to print and in-clinic visuals. 

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing time effectively to meet deadlines. 

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, particularly in the healthcare and mental wellness space, and suggest ways to integrate them into Serenity Healthcare’s design approach. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media. 

  • Ability to convey complex health and wellness topics through clear, engaging visuals. 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the nuances of mental health communication. 


Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar platforms. 

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for web design support. 

  • Passion for mental health and wellness.
