The CMS department is responsible for the implementation, customization, and day to day support of our clients’ websites, powered by our own SaaS CMS platform. Our diverse group of individuals supports over 200+ clients both domestic and international by bringing their unique designs and initiatives to the web and helping our clients focus on what they do best, marketing their destination.
As a Content Coordinator, you will work directly with the Project Management team to plan and execute the build out of sites using the Simpleview CMS. As part of this you’ll be evaluating any content needs on the site in preparation for its migration, conducting the migration of content, and helping identify additional development needs in the process. In supporting these projects, you will interface with project managers, SEO analysts, designers and developers to ensure the timely completion and successful launch of new sites.
What your impact will look like here:Verify deliverables for content migration and site build out, including sitemap and collected content.Create individual layouts and supporting elements for use as part of the sitemap build out process.Identify and track additional content needs as part of the sitemap build out process.Identify quality issues as part of the build process and assign actionable items to the development team for resolution.Collaborate with project managers to facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions.You will love this job if you have:Task-oriented who can readily prioritize individual tasks amongst a diverse set spanning all projects, with a strong detail focus.Effective communicator who is comfortable working with various functional teams (designers, developers, analysts).Experience with enterprise level CMS and CRM platforms. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Hubspot.Experience with G Suite or Microsoft Office, Adobe CC.Experience and understanding of the latest trends in web development and design.Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken, is required.Strong communication skills in both languages to interact effectively with clients and team members.Security Requirements:Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
