Role Overview:
As a Microsoft Account Executive, you will lead and manage relationships with our most valued customers, guiding them through their digital transformation journey. This role involves strategic planning, customer engagement, and driving business outcomes through Microsoft’s solutions

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?
  • Experience selling Microsoft Infrastructure, Modern Work and Security solutions
  • Experienced in technology-related sales or account management.
  • Expert knowledge of relevant industries (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare) or driving digital transformation
  • Ability to identify and capitalizes on business opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
  • Desire to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
  • Experienced in understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs while aligning with business objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle complex customer scenarios and drive results.

  • As a Microsoft Infrastructure, Modern Work & Security Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision-makers. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and customer business needs. Lead virtual teams and coordinate with partners.
  • Strategic Planning: Set standards and priorities for customer planning, anticipate customer needs, and mitigate risks.
