Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
Ongoing training and support provided to ensure success in the role

Responsibilities:

Execute outbound calls following provided scripts and procedures
Manage and nurture leads using the Follow Up Boss CRM system
Qualify potential clients and set appointments for real estate agents
Provide excellent customer service and address initial client inquiries
Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Collaborate with the real estate team to improve sales processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing preferred
Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Follow Up Boss
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Resilience and positive attitude in handling objections
