Job Overview:
We seek a highly organized and efficient E-commerce Specialist to oversee and optimize online store operations. The role involves managing product listings, order processing, inventory control, and customer engagement, while also providing executive support, including calendar and inbox management. Strong skills in product research, description writing, and image editing are essential for delivering a seamless and professional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing: Create and manage product listings with descriptions, images, and pricing on Amazon, Shopify, Woocommerce, etc.
Order Processing: Handle order processing, track shipments, and resolve issues.
Product Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive pricing.
Description Writing: Write accurate and compelling product descriptions to improve appeal and rankings.
Vendor Management: Overseeing relationships with suppliers and ensuring efficient procurement and collaboration.
Image Editing: Optimize product images for clarity and appeal.
Categorization: Ensure accurate product categorization for easy navigation.
Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues for a positive shopping experience.
Product Updation: Regularly update product information, including pricing and availability.
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events.
Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly.
Document Preparation: Create and organize reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage travel logistics.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven experience managing e-commerce stores.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Woocommerce, Squarespace, Magento, Big Commerce, Etsy).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication skills for customer engagement.
