Position Details
The Project Manager, Site Deployment is responsible for managing projects, including maintaining budgets, project timelines, and accurate, timely invoicing of the project. The right candidate has experience in the wireless, EV infrastructure, and real estate industry with a proven track record of managing leasing, permitting and regulatory functions for large-scale infrastructure deployments.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
Develop and manage aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
Site Acquisition
Knowledge of AT&T environments such as IWM, Norad, SwiftTrac, Filenet, etc.
Perform desktop and in-field review, research, and analysis of site locations, and report location viability to ensure entitlements are possible on-site candidate options
Ability to analyze and determine all jurisdictional requirements that pertain to local, county, and/or state approvals within the client specific scope of work
Review LEs, CDs, ZDs, and permit applications for accuracy and quality
Submit all municipal permits required for wireless site deployment which may include travelling to municipal offices and meeting with municipal officials
Negotiate agreements, leases, access and utility easements, amendments, pole licensing, attachment agreements, joint use, ROW, grants of location, and/or franchise agreements as necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of wireless project management experience
Minimum of 5 years of site acquisition experience in the macro, small cell, and OSP spaces in addition to exposure to real estate management of EV infrastructure networks
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
Proficiency in MS Office Products, Google Earth, and AT&T project management tools
Occasional day and evening travel throughout the market. Evening and weekend hours may be required from time to time in order to meet client needs.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00
