The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for leading a team of product owners in the product development efforts that will solve critical pain points for both our customers and our associates. They deeply understand the organization’s business model, how their assigned products impact the day-to-day operations, and work with functional leaders to identify opportunities to evolve, transform, and optimize both. The Sr. Product Manager has the unique responsibility to span multiple functional areas of the company to ensure our technology provides the right level of support for successful business operations. This includes leasing, marketing, maintenance, legal, compliance, investments and accounting. They provide leadership to product development teams in order to build the right solution at the right time while balancing cost, risk, speed, intuition, and future need.
