Position Summary

e.l.f. Beauty is looking for an EDI Developer to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The EDI Developer is responsible for designing and managing the TrueCommerce EDI solution to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies. This hands-on role has a customer-first mentality to ensure our internal teams get the best service in the fastest and most efficient manner. This role will partner with e.l.f. business teams to ensure that e.l.f. business requirements & solutions align with e.l.f.’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

EDI Implementation: Setting up and configuring EDI mappings and processes to enable data exchange between systems.

Integration Development: Developing and maintaining integrations between TrueCommerce and other software applications, such as SAP, using APIs and other integration tools.

Customization: Customizing TrueCommerce solutions to align with specific business workflows and requirements.

Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing to ensure data integrity and troubleshooting any issues that arise during implementation or ongoing operations.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for integrations, processes, and system configurations.

Support and Training: Providing ongoing support to users and training them on how to effectively use TrueCommerce solutions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT).

Experience with integration tools and programming languages (e.g., XML, JSON, SQL).

Experience mapping to/from IDOCs (SAP).

Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
