Salary: $125,000 - $138,000.00 per year + bonus.

Employment Logistics:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project and Process Manager to join our commercial organization, supporting critical cross-functional projects aimed at driving commercial excellence. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a deep understanding of business process improvement, and a proven ability to work at the executive level. This role will require working autonomously while leading teams and initiatives that span multiple departments and priorities.

The Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on process improvement and business analysis.
• Proven experience working at the executive level within a commercial or operational capacity.
• Familiarity with commercial systems, particularly Salesforce/CRM platforms, and experience leading systems-related initiatives.
  
  

Your Mission in Motion:

• Lead cross-functional commercial excellence projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, driving operational improvements and commercial growth.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and develop new processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize business analysis skills to map processes and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Act as the project leader and facilitator, building and guiding cross-functional teams across commercial operations, sales, marketing, and other departments.
• Ensure alignment and integration with key tools and systems, particularly CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on project outcomes and business analysis.
• Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, leveraging data and project management tools to support decision-making and process refinement.
• Lead project-related communications and stakeholder management, ensuring transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization.

• Experience with change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
