The Field Sales Manager position will cover North Carolina/South Carolina and the surrounding area.

Position Summary

Responsible for profitable revenue generation from assigned retail travel agency accounts producing $50,000-$1,000,000 in annual sailed revenue with Celebrity Cruises to meet or exceed corporate growth goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Builds and maintains relationships with decision-makers at current individual accounts within territory with a significant focus on affluent zips in assigned target market

  • Works with Director of Field Sales and Regional team to analyze and develop opportunities within territory.
  • Develops territory account plans and marketing/promotional strategies for assigned account base
  • Responsible for complete knowledge of all Celebrity Cruises products, services, and brand representation.
  • Analyzes sales data in order to present monthly and quarterly business reviews with select accounts across territory
  • Works with Key Account Manager handling HQ roll-up accounts to analyze and develop opportunities and targeted initiatives
  • Gathers and communicates reporting on customer business profile (ROI, cost of sale, yield, retention, automation)
  • Develops brand champions ensuring customers are kept up to date with the latest information on itineraries, pricing and product enhancements
  • Achieves Booked Guest and APD goals for assigned Intensification Market
  • Works with Regional Marketing Manager to take advantage of intensification marketing opportunities by identifying and securing partnership with best trade accounts
  • Identifies and recommends to Regional Marketing Manager local events and media opportunities for assigned Intensification Market
  • Works intensification market consumer event activations (including evenings and weekends), achieving lead generation goals
  • Targets high value intensification market zip codes by partnering with agencies to segment their databases to reach FTC/FTB consumers
  • Supports National Account events and Trade Organization (ASTA, NACTA, PATH, etc.) functions in assigned intensification market.
