The Role


As a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Experience Specialist, this individual will be at the heart of creating memorable experiences and fostering strong customer relationships. This remote role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and supportive customer experience. The specialist will act as a brand ambassador, offering empathy, expertise, and bilingual support to meet and exceed customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide guidance on product usage and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively with our professional customers, taking purchase orders, making suggestions where appropriate and helping them achieve their business or health goals
  • Collaborate with account managers, marketing and operations to build a seamless, consistently enchanting customer experience
  • Gather and share customer feedback to help improve service processes.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and service excellence in all interactions.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in customer service or customer experience roles.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and EDI is an asset.
  • Passion for wellness and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or nutrition, or similar.
