Job Description

As a WordPress Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our client’s digital presence. You’ll work on exciting projects that integrate WordPress with various learning management and e-commerce systems, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for students. This position offers the chance to showcase your technical skills while contributing to the growth of an innovative online education platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites using Elementor and other relevant plugins
  • Seamlessly integrate WordPress with Absorb LMS for an optimal learning experience
  • Implement and customize e-commerce functionality using SamCart
  • Ensure website security, performance, and mobile responsiveness
  • Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implement SEO best practices and optimize site structure for search engines
  • Create and maintain documentation for all website processes and custom developments
  • Research and propose new technologies to enhance web presence
  • Develop landing pages and sales funnels within WordPress
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as needed
Requirements
  • Proven track record in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin creation
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Elementor page builder
  • Familiarity integrating WordPress with learning management systems and e-commerce platforms
