Job Description

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead the digital presence for both our coaching business and our cutting-edge podcasting service. This role demands a social media virtuoso who can craft compelling narratives, navigate platform-specific nuances, and drive engagement across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy, creating high-impact content, and providing expert guidance on leveraging social media algorithms. This position offers a perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic thinking, ideal for a marketing professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust LinkedIn strategy focused on B2B engagement and conversions.
  • Manage, optimize, and grow our LinkedIn presence, ensuring all content aligns with brand objectives.
  • Produce creative and engaging posts, leveraging insights and best practices for maximum reach and impact.
  • Generate compelling content for LinkedIn posts, blogs, and other digital media to engage target audiences.
  • Develop high-quality videos for LinkedIn, including editing music, b-roll, captions, and audio/visual elements.
  • Write engaging, humorous, and impactful copy that reflects our brand’s voice and values.
  • Design and develop polished marketing collateral, including one-pagers, proposals, brand guidelines, slide decks, and website content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create assets that communicate our value proposition effectively and persuasively.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns focused on driving engagement and conversions.
  • Use analytics to track, measure, and refine email and blog strategies for improved ROI.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on social media marketing
  • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content
