Job Overview: 

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will create digital images, logos, branding materials, and other marketing assets for both client and internal projects. You will collaborate with the Creative Lead, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure designs align with brand goals and market trends. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your design skills, work on diverse projects, and gain experience in both client-facing and internal design tasks.

Job Description
  • Creating digital images, logos, branding, and other marketing materials
  • Working with Creative Lead, cross-functional teams, and clients
  • Conducting market research and client research
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Keeping up with industry trends and emerging design technologies
  • Adhering to project deadlines and meeting deadlines in high pressure environments
  • Adapting designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
  • Supporting Creative Lead in executing large-scale design projects

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or a similar creative role, with a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in the skills mentioned above.
  • Adobe Photoshop: Strong ability to create and manipulate images for digital and print media.
  • Adobe InDesign: Proficiency in layout design and creating multi-page documents, such as brochures, posters, and other print materials.
  • Typography: Understanding of typography principles and how to use them effectively in design.
  • Video Editing: Basic experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to cut and edit video content
  • Animation: Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create simple animations or motion-based design elements.
  • Photography: Basic photography skills with the ability to shoot and edit images for digital and print use.
  • Visual Communication: Strong understanding of design principles and how to visually communicate ideas and messages across different media.
