Job description

Job Summary

ParallelDots is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand-generation programs that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to create and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs across multiple channels, including email, webinars, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Create impactful lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to create compelling content and promotions that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Optimize website and landing page content and design to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of demand-generation campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to continually improve our strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demand generation experience, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with demand generation platforms, such as Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and/or B2B SaaS industry preferred.
