Buscamos un Técnico de Mantenimiento en Gerona

Mantenimiento:

  • Mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones en los sistemas de los equipos (por ejemplo, mecánicos, electrónicos);
  • Evalúa y recomienda mejoras en los equipos para mejorar la disponibilidad, la capacidad y el rendimiento;
  • Realiza análisis de fallos de los equipos (incluido el mantenimiento preventivo y no programado);
  • Soluciona y diagnostica problemas de los equipos;
  • Elabora informes técnicos para documentar las modificaciones y los procedimientos de mantenimiento de los equipos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar servicio y asistencia al cliente durante las visitas de campo o los envíos;
  • Vincular el flujo de trabajo a la programación;
  • Gestionar todas las tareas de instalación, reparación, mantenimiento y pruebas in situ;
  • Diagnosticar errores o problemas técnicos y determinar las soluciones adecuadas;
  • Elaborar informes de servicio puntuales y detallados;
  • Documentar los procesos;
  • Manejar el vehículo de forma segura y utilizar los sistemas de automatización de campo;

  • Comprender las necesidades de los clientes y hacer las recomendaciones e informes oportunos;
  • Establecer relaciones positivas con los clientes.


Requisitos mínimos:

  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia demostrada en servicio de campo;
  • Capacidad para solucionar problemas, probar, reparar y realizar el mantenimiento de equipos técnicos;
  • Capacidad para trabajar en turnos flexibles y adaptarse a horarios de trabajo cambiantes;
  • Familiaridad con herramientas y aplicaciones móviles;
  • Titulación o certificación técnica.
  • Permiso de conducir.

We look for a Service Technician in Gerona

Maintenance:

  • Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical);
  • Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capacity and yield;
  • Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance);
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems;
  • Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

  • Tie workflow to schedule;
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks;
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions;
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports;
  • Document processes;
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems;
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols;
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation;
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings;
  • Build positive relationships with customers


Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of proven Field Service experience;
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment;
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules;
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications;
  • Technical degree or certification.
  • Driving license.
