About The Role
We are looking for a recent graduate or a fresher with prior internship experience in marketing who is eager to dive into the world of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, the role involves a mix of strategic research, campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis to drive targeted, high-impact marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on key accounts and gather insights to inform targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Assist in executing and managing personalized marketing campaigns (e.g., emails, ads, webinars) to engage high-value prospects.
Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, timing, and objectives for maximum impact on target accounts.
Track and report on ABM campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
Support lead generation strategies, including inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
Create compelling content (blog posts, social media posts, email copy) to attract, engage, and convert potential leads.
Use marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation campaign KPIs, and contribute creative ideas to drive new lead-generation initiatives.
Requirements
Looking for fresher with prior internship exposure in marketing
Seeking candidates comfortable with working the 3 PM to 12 AM IST shift.
Basic understanding of ABM principles, lead generation, and digital marketing channels (email, social media, etc.).
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
Prepare detailed promotional presentations
Design and present new social media campaign ideas
Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
