Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
We are looking for candidates who are based in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc.
Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and close qualified candidates.
Collect, input, and report recruitment data and metrics
Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy
Requirements
Previous working experience, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for least 1 year
In-depth knowledge of candidates' selection methods (competency-based interview will be a plus)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.
Fluency in English (spoken and business writing)
Nice To Have
Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup or agency.
Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
