Job Summary:

Istituto Marangoni Paris is a Luxury Fashion School looking for a motivated and customer-focused Student Life Intern to join our Student Life and Customer Care department for a 6-month internship. As a Student Life Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our vibrant student community by providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to around 700 students. Working under the guidance of the Student Life Manager, you’ll help ensure an efficient, responsive, and welcoming experience for our students.

Missions:

Student Life Service

  • Administrative follow-up of each student’s documents, making sure they have everything required as either an international or European student, including French Social Security, insurance, CVEC etc.
  • Managing of the administrative system that organizes the student’s paperwork
  • Serves as a point of contact for student inquiries, handling requests via the designated email inbox and guiding students to appropriate resources as needed.
  • Supports basic visa inquiries and ensures students receive timely, accurate guidance or redirection to the appropriate authorities.

External Partner Relations

  • Builds and maintains relationships with insurance partners, assisting students with insurance-related inquiries.
  • Aides in finding potential partners in order to improve the student experience

Customer Care

  • Ensures continuous and direct customer care service to the students of the Paris, Fashion School.
  • Plays an active role in helping to organize and support our Welcome Week activities to create a warm and engaging experience for new students.

Internal Communication

  • Develops internal communications to students about key information such as social security necessities, visa deadlines and school events.

Profile:

Education: Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communication, Hospitality or Customer Service are all welcome
