Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree equivalent and one year related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in PeopleSoft (FMS, HCM or Campus Solution), Kronos, Taleo, or other ERP applications, SQL or related query or programming language.
Job Summary:

Job Duties:
This position is responsible for providing basic to intermediate analysis, development & resolution, and documentation of business and management problems for systems and programming requirements. This role exists within the Production Support team responsible for the PeopleSoft & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications suite (Financial Management System, Human Capital Management, Campus Solutions). The position assists in providing solutions to problems utilizing more efficient operational procedure, workflow, and information technology solutions.
- Responsible for solving routine issues and applying solutions within PeopleSoft and the ERP applications suite (FMS, HCM, Campus Solutions) under general direction for components of a system or program.
- Modifies system design to maximize efficient use of systems or programs.
- Applies intermediate analysis and documentation skills to create and maintain documentation.
- Gathers data and prepares system documentation for existing and proposed procedures.
- Assists in establishing project plan, maintains priorities and completes assignments within project timeframe.
- Demonstrates awareness and understanding of institution, department and customer mission and goals.
- Defines and analyzes problems; develops and verifies solutions; reviews applications or programs for logical sequence and errors.
- Focuses on components of a system while understanding the integration of the whole system/application.
- Proactively partners with customers to meet their needs.
- Understands customer needs.
- Participates as a team member.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:
$64,000 - $67,000.00 actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
M-F 8a-5p and on-call support for staff as needed. Occasional weekend/evening work to support system upgrades or outages. Remote work up to 100%. Certain circumstances will require onsite presence, with at least 48-hour notice given. Preference for Texas residents
