Position Overview

As a Data Analyst at Evernest, you will partner with our operations, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive better decisions. You will design and build new data models, define KPIs for your cross-functional team, conduct analysis to influence the strategic direction of the team, and mentor other data team members.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your cross-functional team to develop a roadmap of high-impact advanced analytics projects.
  • Drive the creation and adoption of team metrics and dashboards.
  • Develop predictive models to support strategy and resource prioritization.
  • Equip your team with data and insights and actively participate in business reviews.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews for other data team members.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, data science, or other relevant quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role at a high growth company.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL tools such as dbt.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across seniority levels and technical knowledge.
