We are seeking an experienced Automation Tech Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will spearhead automation initiatives across various platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will be responsible for driving automation, CI/CD pipelines and more....

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implementation of automation solutions for our SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into product development and deployment workflows.
• Monitor and improve the performance of automation solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards for speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate testing status, coverage, and key findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Automation Frameworks: Strong experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• CI/CD Tools: Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or similar
• Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and agile methodologies.
• SaaS Environment: Understanding of SaaS architectures, product lifecycles, and deployment strategies.

Advantages:

• Kubernetes and Containerization: Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation of deployment pipelines for containerized applications.
• Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack for monitoring and maintaining automated systems.
• Security Automation: Knowledge of security testing and automation tools, integrating security into automated pipelines.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture: Working knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures, along with related automation strategies.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
