Job Description
The Associate Director, Financial Analytics collates, models, interprets and analyzes data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends.
Explains variances and trends and enhances modeling techniques.
May possess financial or actuarial background.
Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s) and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8 years technical experience
2 years management experience
Experience in managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues
Must possess a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department
Experience in collating, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data in order to identify, explain, influence variances and trends
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

This position generally requires working Eastern Time hours.
You must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship as Humana does not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
This position is Hybrid/Office: Employees are expected in the office on average 1 to 2 times per week.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,800 - $174,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
