They provide solutions for manufacturers to digitize their operations, focusing on quality control, production management, and environmental health and safety (EHS). Their platform helps companies gain real-time visibility into their processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Founded in 2011 by an experienced executive team and investors, the client company continues leading SaaS innovation within the process manufacturing industry.

IF YOU ARE

  • An engineer with 10+ years in software programming, primarily in a technical lead role
  • Proficient in .NET Core (C#)
  • Familiar with Angular 17 framework
  • Knowledgeable of Azure, microservice containerization and building distributed systems
  • Aware of CI/CD pipelines and deploying on Azure
  • Confident in caching mechanisms, particularly Azure Cache for Redis
  • A practitioner of message queues and streams for event-driven architecture
  • Accustomed to leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing cross-functional collaborations
  • A strong problem-solver and decision-maker, with a focus on system architecture
  • An excellent communicator both in written and verbal form to collaborate with stakeholders and team members


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Angular, .NET Core, C#, and Azure services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure the quality and performance of the software through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team
  • Recommend solution approaches considering multiple external and internal drivers (market, competitors, regulations, technical and business constraints, etc.)
  • Define solution scope for different programs/projects to implement integrated enterprise-level solutions
  • Cover solution requirements life cycle
  • Outline and document client's business strategy, needs, goals, and objectives
  • Analyze the business context of a solution and the current state of the client's business/unit/department (e.g., define business model, key business drivers, core processes, risks, external factors, assumptions, constraints, etc.)
  • Define the 'To Be' state of a solution in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Plan stakeholder engagement based on stakeholder analysis using a combination of techniques (stakeholder list map and persona, onion diagram, org modeling, etc.)
