Job description

We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full employee life cycle from Onboarding to Exit Process, interact with employees via live conversations and email, and support various HR initiatives. You will collaborate with senior colleagues and leadership to drive a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities


  • Manage the full employee life cycle from Onboarding to Exit Process
  • Provide assistive support to people partners with various projects and tasks
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with management and leadership to support and implement programs and initiatives
  • Foster diversity and inclusion activities
  • Present training and development materials
  • Organize events, including virtual and in-person
  • Develop and implement account-specific onboarding materials
  • Create account-level recognition programs
  • Support townhalls for accounts and organization units


Requirements


  • At least 2 years of general HR experience in a fast-paced, innovative workplace
  • Passionate about teamwork with excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with a customer service approach to employee needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a coaching role and provide timely, meaningful feedback
  • Brilliant interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates quick learning abilities and effective problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting a US-based population desirable
  • Understanding of US labor law regulations
  • B2+ English level proficiency
